International orders are subject to approval by our suppliers. In some cases, orders will be canceled and refunded if the supplier does not allow export of their product.
Closeout products - (products that are discounted more than 10% from retail price) cannot be refunded. Where possible, we can work with you on size exchanges if options are available. Shipping would be responsibility of the customer in these cases.
