Who am I buying from?
Hi-Tech Motor Sports Online store has been created to bring you the best products at the most competitive pricing both from our in store inventory and direct from the distributors and Manufacturers. Our online prices are cut as low as possible and are for online purchases only. Our instore prices will usually be more expensive to reflect the service and labor required to provide face to face transactions


What is your Shipping Policy?
All products in stock at time of the order are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing whenever possible. Custom Car and Seat Covers are 7-10 Business Days. International orders are only shipped from our Montana Store so if the item is located at another warehouse, we have to ship it to Montana and then ship Internationally which can delay shipping up to a week.

What is your Return Policy?
We offer a refund or exchange on most of our sales. (With the Exception of Clearance/closeout items - Items that are more than 10% less than retail) Returns should include a copy of your invoice and a note explaining why it is being returned, who it is from and if you detail of the exchange or refund. Please contact us first for a return Authorization.

What Customer Service help do you offer?
All Customers have the right to satisfaction in their purchases and we go the extra mile to ensure this.
Clearance items in most cases are not refundable.
